Shauna and Sam kicked off their 2016 with their beautiful wedding in Mt Cotton, held in Shauna’s Mum’s extremely well kept garden. They’ve gone and set the bar preeetty darn high when it comes to garden weddings, as this was a cracker. Every minute detail was taken care of in a stylish, rustic, warm and inviting way…. from the whiskey bar to the cheese platters and the coffee station, it all looked fabulous. Even the life size storm trooper had an element of class… as did Ironman, who made a couple of appearances in the early parts of the day!
At the heart of the wedding though was the genuine love and esteem that everybody there holds these two in. Shauna is from Zimbabwe and Sam from New Zealand, so their family had come from all around the world to share their wedding with them. It was awesome to see that, and to see the love, respect and closeness that Shauna and Sam share with each other. Have a look at the images below and you’ll see what I mean.
Thanks and recognition needs to go to these suppliers: Jane Zwar did an amazing job as the celebrant, Hodgepodge Hire provided the vintage decor and furniture, Shauna’s stunning dress came from Stella York, Mt Cotton Retreat did all the catering and provided the bridal prep location, and Supermum Carrie and Superaunt Janet took care of the flowers :)
